To step into Nodu is to be instantly embraced in the sights, sounds, and aromas of a vibrant, local community. “The Alley”—a relaxed casual space for quick and convenient dining—provides the perfect perch for an unobstructed view of the historic preparations in the kitchen.

This open kitchen is where the show takes place, as fast-moving culinary magicians create culturally significant masterpieces before an audience of eager guests.

The Feature Wall is an eye-catching testament to craftsmanship. It allows for a valuable branding opportunity while paying homage to the art of noodle and dumpling making.

Nodu’s unique basket weave ceiling design completes the space echoing the texture and lines of classic dumpling steamer baskets. It reinforces the anticipation generated as steam builds inside full baskets—excitement that then erupts in dramatic cloudburst upon opening.
